Costabile has openings for a Concrete Finisher.

Responsibilities

• Form, pour, and finish concrete.
• Smooth and finish surfaces of poured concrete such as floors, walks, sidewalks, roads, or curbs using a variety of hand and power tools.
• Align forms for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters; patch voids; and use saws to cut expansion joints.

Qualifications

• Ability to read plans and specifications (not required but a plus).
• Knowledge of carpentry and the operation of hand and power tools.
• Masonry/block experience – a plus.
• Ability to calculate and measure accurately; precision in cutting materials to proper size.
• Valid driver's license.
• Pass ongoing drug testing and background check.

Compensation & Benefits

Hourly rate based upon experience. The position is full‑time and year‑round.

Benefits include health insurance, paid holidays, supplemental insurance offered after 90 days of employment, and retirement. Personal days are granted after 1 year.
