Job summary

Casey Industrial, Inc. is seeking a Concrete Finisher Helper IV to level and finish freshly poured concrete across various structures on a project site in Idaho.

You will read measuring tools, assist with placement, vibration, and finish, and work closely with rodbusters and carpenters to achieve specified finishes. The role requires up to 12-hour shifts with overtime, travel to project sites, and strict adherence to MIC safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with MIC Health and Safety programs and project-specific regulations.
• Regular participation in toolbox meetings with crews and subcontractors.
• Set a personal example of safe behavior on site.
• Follow all health, safety, and regulatory guidelines.
• Maintain good housekeeping on the jobsite after each task.

Responsibilities

• Assist in leveling and finishing concrete surfaces across floors, walls, ceilings, foundations, or sidewalks.
• Read measuring tools to perform tasks accurately.
• Assist in placing, vibrating, and finishing concrete in all applications.
• Coordinate with rodbusters and carpenters as needed.
• Operate hand and power tools and concrete vibrators to ensure proper compaction and finish.
• Assist with patching, sacking, and mold/form placement as required.
• Direct equipment drivers and trucks on site.
• Work under supervision and accept direction from higher skilled workers.
• Maintain safety and quality during production schedule pressures.
• Communicate any problems, materials needs, or hazards to the Foreman.
