Job summary

SoftWash Systems - Grime Fighters in Oshkosh, WI is seeking an experienced Concrete Finisher to join our field crew. You will pour, finish, and cure concrete for residential and light commercial projects, including driveways, patios, sidewalks, and foundations.

You must operate power trowels and screeds, read grade stakes, and work safely outdoors with a team. Competitive hourly pay and opportunities for advancement are offered.

Qualifications

Previous concrete finishing experience required
Ability to produce quality flatwork with attention to detail
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Able to lift 50+ pounds and work outdoors in varying weather conditions
Strong work ethic, positive attitude, and dependable attendance

Responsibilities

Form, pour, finish, and cure concrete for residential and light commercial projects
Finish driveways, patios, sidewalks, garage floors, and foundations
Operate power trowels, screeds, saws, and other concrete equipment
Read grade stakes and assist with layout when needed
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site
Work efficiently as part of a professional crew
