Elite Surface Infrastructure in Colorado Springs, CO is seeking a skilled Concrete Finisher to smooth and finish poured concrete surfaces using hand and power tools. This full-time position requires setting forms, aligning for sidewalks and curbs, and applying finishes to achieve prescribed textures.

The work schedule runs Monday through Saturday, 7:00am to 5:30pm with variable start times. Benefits include a 401(k) with matching, health insurance, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• At least 3 years of concrete finishing experience.
• Valid driver's license and ability to pass background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Finish surfaces of poured concrete using hand and power tools.
• Set forms and align for sidewalks, curbs, or gutters.
• Spread, level, and smooth concrete with trowels and screed.
• Apply sealing compounds and cure the surface as required.
• Operate vibrators to compact concrete as needed.
• Maintain safety and cleanliness on site.
