Job summary

High Concrete Group LLC is hiring a Concrete Finisher (Pouring Crew) for our Denver, PA facility. You will assist in pouring and finishing concrete for parking garages, sports complexes, and office/retail buildings. This is a 1st shift position starting at 8:00 AM, Monday–Friday, with no set end time as work continues until completion.

We offer strong benefits and growth opportunities. Prior concrete or construction experience is helpful but not required; blueprint reading is a plus and teamwork

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Basic math and measurement skills.
• Familiarity reading blueprints is a plus.
• Good interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Pour, set, smooth, and finish concrete using hand tools.
• Operate crane to move concrete buckets.
• Perform general labor and keep the work area clean and organized.
• Assist in other areas as needed.
