Qualifications

• Valid driver's license; Class A CDL strongly desired.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior construction experience preferred.
• Willing to work varied hours including nights and weekends.
• Member of a local Cement Masons Union or willing to join; union membership not required to begin.

Responsibilities

• Under foreman, safely assist in concrete placement and perform final finishing of surfaces.
• Carry out other duties as assigned by foreman or management.

Cement Mason/Concrete Finisher – Zenith Tech (Walbec Group)

This position is located in Southeast Wisconsin and is eligible for a sign‑on bonus of $250 paid 2 weeks after hire and $250 paid after 13 weeks of work.

Position Responsibilities

Under the direction of the foreman, you will safely assist in the placement of concrete and perform final finishing of concrete surfaces, and carry out other duties as assigned by the foreman or management.

Location & Travel

Projects will vary by location, typically throughout Southeast Wisconsin and west to Madison. Reliable transportation and willingness to travel to any job site are required.

Requirements

• Valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record; a Class A CDL is strongly desired.
• High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
• Prior construction experience preferred.
• Must be punctual and dependable, able to work varied hours including nights, early mornings, and weekends.
• Must tolerate variable weather conditions and work in dirty, dusty environments, including crawling in close quarters to strip concrete forms.
• Member of a local Cement Masons Union or willingness to become a union member; union membership is not required prior to employment.
