Job summary

Tricon in the Dallas area is recruiting Concrete Finishers for a full-time, on-site role. You will perform finishing tasks—smoothing, leveling, texturing surfaces—using hand and power tools, and pour and spread concrete to required depths.

You’ll apply curing and sealing compounds and repair damaged surfaces, working with the team to meet project deadlines. Safety is a priority and you’ll join a benefits-rich package after 60 days, including Medical/Dental/Vision, Prescription insurance, HSA,

Qualifications

• Experience in trim carpentry, frame carpentry, tile laying, masonry, or flooring installation is a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow specifications would be an advantage.
• Proficiency in heavy lifting and operating heavy equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality workmanship.
• Excellent problem-solving skills to address any issues that may arise during the concrete finishing process.

Hourly Rate

$24.00 - $28.00 DOE.

Salary: $24.00 - $28.00 per hour
