Beitzel Corporation in Grantsville, MD is seeking a hands-on concrete worker to support industrial, renewable energy, and other large projects. You will pour, finish, and prepare forms, read plans, and assist with multiple trades on site.

Expect travel to diverse job sites, outdoor work, extended hours, and lifting up to 75 pounds. Beitzel offers ESOP ownership, comprehensive benefits, paid leave, and training opportunities.

Competenze

• 2+ years of concrete experience including pours, finishes, rebar, carpentry, etc.
• General construction/mechanical knowledge and aptitude required.
• Basic welding skills preferred.
• Proficient with basic tools and concrete tools such as trowels, saws, vibrators, screeds.
• Able to independently operate small equipment such as forklifts and skid steers.

• Perform concrete pours and finishes, rebar, masonry, and carpentry
• Execute technical aspects of concrete work including forms, mixing masonry, and vibration
• Read and interpret job documents such as blueprints and drawings
• Screed to manage concrete consistency and quality
• Provide general manual labor to other trades as required
