What You’ll Do:

As a Concrete Estimator, you’ll be at the forefront of high-value bid proposals for Tilt-Up, cast-in-place concrete frames, and industrial concrete projects. Here’s how you’ll make an impact:

Conduct quantity surveys and detailed cost estimates to craft winning proposals

Work closely with clients, suppliers, formwork vendors, and equipment providers to ensure cost efficiency

Build and expand valuable relationships in the construction industry

Play a major role in projects ranging from $2 million to over $10 million, contributing to annual revenues exceeding $150 million

What You’ll Bring to the Team:

Bachelor’s degree in Construction Science, Structural or Civil Engineering, or relevant technical experience (PE license a plus!)

3+ years of concrete estimating experience, specializing in Tilt-Up, cast-in-place concrete frames, and industrial projects

Strong ability to analyze construction metrics, labor production rates, equipment costs, and materials expenses

Working knowledge of cast-in-place concrete design and specifications, understanding how loads, heights, and spans impact costs

Strong industry connections within Houston, TX preferred (relocation assistance available for exceptional candidates!)
