Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or Engineering preferred.
• Experience with structural concrete estimating is advantageous.
• Proficiency with MS Word, Excel and Outlook required.
• Strong organizational, time management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets up estimates including alternates, general conditions, vendor and subcontractor pricing.
• Performs quantity take-offs and identifies concrete scope items.
• Provides accurate project information during turnover and planning.
• Ensures operations teams have the data needed to execute.
