Advance Concrete is seeking dependable Concrete Cutting Helpers for our Cutting & Demolition Division. Join a team focused on safety and high-quality workmanship across projects nationwide.

Ideal candidates will have 1+ year experience in concrete cutting or demolition, be able to lift 70 lbs, and work Mondays through Fridays with occasional weekends. OSHA rules and safety-minded approach are essential.

Qualifications

• 1 year+ experience in construction, concrete cutting, core drilling, and/or demolition.
• Pass pre-employment drug test & background check.
• Must be able to lift 70 pounds or more and stand for long periods.
• Availability to work Monday through Friday, some weekends, 8+ hours in varying weather conditions.
• Safety-minded and dependable while following OSHA rules.

Responsibilities

• Set up and clean up at jobsites.
• Provide labor support for crews as needed.
• Operate core drill, flat saw, and wall saw when required.
• Use hand and power tools safely and effectively.
• Inspect, secure, and maintain company equipment and ensure cleanliness.
• Comply with OSHA regulations during duties; operating forklift, manlift, or skid steer is a plus.

About the Role:

Advance Concrete is looking for Concrete Cutting Helpers for our Concrete Cutting & Demolition Division that are a dependable and hardworking individuals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideal candidates are capable of performing setup and cleanup tasks at jobsites.
• Must provide labor support as needed for crews.
• Must be comfortable around the operation of a core drill, flat saw, and wall saw.
• Must have experience with the use of hand and power tools.
• Ensure inspection, security, and cleanliness of company equipment.
• Ability to perform duties and operation of tools in compliance with OSHA rules.
• Ability to operate forklift, manlift, and/or skid steer a plus.

Ideal Qualifications & Skills:

• Candidates should ideally have 1 year+ experience around construction, concrete cutting, core drilling, and/or demolition experience.
