Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Ability to learn operation and maintenance of construction equipment.
• Demonstrated safety awareness and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Assist with cutting, sawing, lifting, and core drilling of concrete under supervision.
• Operate and maintain company equipment including diamond blades, saws, drills, and jackhammers.
• Ensure equipment is inspected, maintained, secure, and clean.
• Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
• Support setup/breakdown of job sites and communicate with team members.
