Job summary

Schuber Mitchell Homes LLC is seeking a Concrete Crew Member for our Centerton, AR project. The role focuses on building concrete forms and delivering finished surfaces that meet company standards.

Responsibilities include mixing and pouring concrete, forming structures, tying rebar, and maintaining clean, safe job sites. Candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, 2 years of related experience, OSHA training within 6 months, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Two years of relevant work experience required.
• OSHA training required within six months of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Prepares concrete mixtures and pours into forms or directly onto the ground.
• Constructs and forms shape of concrete structures.
• Installs and ties rebar and wire mesh.
• Smooths and levels concrete surfaces using various tools.
• Follows safety procedures; wears PPE supplied by the Company.
• Loads, unloads, and transports concrete materials and equipment.
• Operates hand and power tools, such as shovels, rakes, and saws.
• Cleans construction site to eliminate possible hazards.

Position Summary

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepares concrete mixtures and pours into forms or directly onto the ground
• Constructs and forms shape of concrete structures
• Install and tie rebar and wire mesh
• Smooths and levels concrete surfaces using various tools
• Follows safety procedures; wears appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE) supplied by the Company
• Loads, unloads, and transports concrete materials and equipment
• Operates hand and power tools, such as shovels, rakes, and saws
• Cleans construction site to eliminate possible hazards

Qualifications and Skills
