Job summary

STRUCTURAL TECHNOLOGIES, the exclusive US licensee of VSL post-tensioning systems, seeks a motivated Laborer to join our field team in Kentucky. The role requires basic construction experience, comfort with power tools, and a safety-first mindset to support crews on site.

Qualifications

• Some experience in the construction field as a laborer / technician.
• Comfortable using power tools (rotary hammers, chipping hammers, circular saws).
• Able to work more than 40 hours per week and stay healthy on site.
• Safety oriented and able to follow defined procedures.
• Must provide own transportation and pass pre-employment drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Carry out daily tasks according to defined procedures on construction sites.
• Operate standard PPE and power tools as directed.
• Work safely at heights and in dynamic field environments.
• Support team with routine field tasks and equipment operation.
