Job summary

Ceco Concrete Construction, Minneapolis, MN is seeking an entry-level Laborer I to support concrete construction operations. You will assist skilled tradespeople, prep and clean job sites, handle materials, and operate basic tools to help complete foundations, slabs, walls, and curbs.

Responsibilities emphasize physical work, safety, and reliability. Candidates should be able to lift heavy loads, work in varied weather, and follow instructions. We offer competitive hourly wages and benefits.

Qualifications

• Frequently lift up to 50 pounds, and up to 90 pounds with assistance.
• Frequently walk, stoop, kneel, reach and climb.
• Frequently use hand tools such as power tools, circular saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Preference given to candidates with a minimum of 12 months of formwork/concrete construction labor experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform general construction labor including site cleanup and material handling.
• Operate motorized equipment and power tools such as saws, hammers, nails, and bolts.
• Work requires alertness, balance and physical strength.
• Assist in pouring of vertical concrete.
• Install re-cores per instructions.
• Work in varied weather conditions on project sites.
