Qualifications

• Understanding of construction site safety practices and willingness to follow all safety protocols.
• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, standing, and working outdoors for extended periods.
• Strong teamwork, communication, and ability to follow directions from site supervisors.
• Previous concrete or general construction experience preferred; relevant certifications (e.g., OSHA 10) are a plus.
• Reliable transportation to the Alpharetta, GA job site and eligibility to work in the United States.
