Responsibilities

Actively utilize resources to understand project scope, schedule, safety and quality plans.
Develop plans to execute work objectives, track progress, and replan based on feedback.
Manage daily safety, quality, and execution of work objectives.
Learn through hands-on performance with teams during the project execution process.
Assist with field engineering tasks, forming walls and columns, inspections, loadout, and finishing.
Demonstrate drive to excel with an action-oriented, collaborative, eager-to-learn mindset.
