Job summary

STRUCTURAL is hiring Concrete Laborers and Finishers to support projects in the Houston, TX area and surrounding Gulf Coast locations. Workers will perform concrete repair, demolition, placement and finishing, formwork, rebar replacement, coatings, fireproofing, welding, and grouting under strict safety standards.

Candidates should have a TWIC card, industrial plant experience, and a readiness to travel beyond the Houston area.

Qualifications

• Possess a TWIC card and pass pre-employment tests.
• Experience in industrial plants or-heavy construction environments.
• Turnaround or shutdown personnel experience is preferred.
• Willingness to wear a respirator and follow safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Perform concrete repair, demolition, placement and finishing tasks.
• Carry out formwork and carpentry as needed for projects.
• Replace rebar and apply concrete coatings as required.
• Assist with fireproofing installation and structural steel welding.
• Operate equipment and perform grouting to ensure quality work.
