Covenant Concrete Constructors LLC in Tennessee is seeking a skilled Concrete Carpenter to craft, assemble, and install concrete structures according to specifications. You will read blueprints, measure and shape components, and ensure forms are aligned for successful pours.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Concrete Carpenter or similar role in the construction industry.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and blueprints.
• OSHA certification and familiarity with construction safety regulations (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Interpret and understand blueprints, drawings, and construction plans.
• Measure, cut, and shape wood, steel, and other materials to form molds for pouring concrete.
• Set up concrete forms and ensure they are properly aligned and leveled.
• Pour, spread, and finish concrete using appropriate tools and techniques.
• Install embedded items such as anchor bolts and steel plates.
• Apply various finishes to concrete surfaces, including smoothing and texturing.
• Collaborate with other team members, such as concrete finishers and construction professionals, to achieve project goals.
• Adhere to safety protocols and maintain a safe working environment at all times.
• Perform regular maintenance on tools and equipment.
• Monitor curing processes and make necessary adjustments
