Job summary

TIC - The Industrial Company in Abilene, TX is seeking an Entry level helper to support skilled craftspersons under supervision. You will learn to read plans, assist with layout, lift and position materials, and help assemble structures while following safety rules.

Qualifications

• Must have basic ability to read and understand plans and specifications.
• Demonstrates safety awareness and ability to follow instructions.
• Field experience in chosen craft is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Assist Carpenter and craftspersons with layout work and material handling.
• Learn to read plans, visualize 2D drawings in 3D, and support installations.
