Qualifications

• Experience in concrete formwork, framing, and structural concrete carpentry.
• Proficiency in concrete placement, finishing, and curing techniques for slabs, foundations, and walls.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, measurements, and layout plans.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and concrete finishing equipment.
• Strong focus on jobsite safety, including adherence to OSHA procedures.

Responsibilities

• Build and set concrete forms, install rebar, and prepare sites for concrete placement.
• Place, finish, and cure concrete slabs, foundations, walls, and structural elements.
• Read and interpret construction drawings and coordinate with supervisors and crew.
