Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Concrete Carpenter and Cement Mason role located in Polson, MT. The role involves building and setting concrete forms, installing rebar and other reinforcement, and preparing sites for concrete placement. Daily tasks include placing, finishing, and curing concrete slabs, foundations, walls, and structural elements, as well as performing layout, measuring, and cutting materials to specification. The Concrete Carpenter and Cement Mason will operate hand and power tools, maintain a clean and safe work area, and follow all safety and quality standards. The role also includes collaborating with supervisors and crew members, reading and interpreting construction drawings, and assisting with troubleshooting on-site challenges.
