Black Ark Builders in Meridian, Idaho seeks a highly skilled Concrete Builder focused on vertical concrete, bridges, and heavy civil structures. You will work as part of a team to execute formwork, pour sequences, and structural concrete for water-related facilities and bridge substructures.

Ideal candidates bring proven experience with vertical concrete and heavy civil projects, maintain high quality, and collaborate across trades to meet strict tolerances and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Read structural drawings, formwork plans, profiles, and details.
• Assist with layout, elevations, and pour sequencing.
• Coordinate daily activities with foremen, inspectors, and other trades.
• Maintain organized, efficient, and safe work areas.
• Support concrete placements, excavations, and production schedules.

• Performgangforming,snap-tieandtaper-tiewallsystems,andmodularengineeredformingsystems.
• Executelayoutandinstallationof:
• Embeddeditems
• Blockouts
• Waterstops
• Sleevesandpenetrations
• Workintighttolerancesforplumb,square,elevation,andfinishquality.
• Coordinatecloselywithreinforcingsteelcrews,includingclimbingrebarandcongestedreinforcement.

• Supportingexcavationandearthworkoperations
