Northland Concrete & Masonry is seeking experienced Bricklayers to join our union contractor team on commercial, industrial, and large-scale projects throughout the region. Read blueprints, lay brick and block, and maintain high-quality masonry standards on active sites.

Qualifications

• Experience as a Bricklayer/Mason in commercial construction.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
• Strong understanding of masonry installation, layout and materials.
• Ability to work safely at heights and in varying weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Union experience/membership preferred.

Responsibilities

• Install brick, CMU/block, and other masonry materials per plans and specs.
• Read blueprints, drawings, and layouts accurately.
• Measure, align, level, and plumb masonry work for quality and accuracy.
• Set elevations, courses, joints, and wall alignment.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Coordinate with foremen, supers, and other trades on active sites.
• Follow project specs, safety requirements, and NCM standards.
• Work safely as part of a skilled masonry crew.

Northland Concrete & Masonry (NCM) is a leading commercial concrete and masonry contractor specializing in complex commercial, industrial, institutional, and large-scale construction projects throughout the region.

We are currently seeking experienced Bricklayers to join our team. As a union contractor, NCM is committed to skilled craftsmanship, quality work, safety, and building long-term careers in the construction industry.

What You'll Do

• Install brick, CMU/block, and other masonry materials according to construction plans and specifications.
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and layouts.
• Measure, align, level, and plumb masonry work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Set and maintain proper elevations, courses, joints, and wall alignment.
• Work safely and efficiently as part of a skilled masonry crew.
• Coordinate with Foremen, Superintendents, and other trades on active commercial construction sites.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
• Follow project specifications, safety requirements, and NCM quality standards.

What We're Looking For
