Job summary

Tindall Corporation, a leading precast concrete manufacturer with multiple locations, is seeking a production crew member to assist bed setup and pouring processes. The role requires guiding materials placement, maintaining layout accuracy, and supporting daily safety and toolbox meetings.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Previous experience in finishing concrete is required.

Responsibilities

• Daily review of shop cards for the day’s pour and plan required preparations to set up bed.
• Communicates with appropriate support employees to insure that all necessary materials are brought to the bed.
• Directs the crew as to the correct locations of all wood, steel and other materials.
• Continually checks the layout of the bed with daily shop cards throughout the shift to ensure accurate construction of concrete member.
• Directing and assisting employees to ensure that concrete member has correct finish.
• Insures that crew members strip bed, clean, oil, place bulkheads, plates, rebar, etc. throughout the shift.
• Help or assist with daily toolbox, production and/or safety meetings.
• Works as a production team member by being responsible for any additional duties that the Production Supervisor describes to meet production deadlines.
