Job summary

CRH is seeking a machine operator to run a stationary batching system weighing concrete materials in the Miami area. The role includes moving materials, pouring concrete into molds, and supporting overall production operations to ensure quality and efficiency.

Responsibilities emphasize safety, equipment maintenance, and basic quality control. Prior manufacturing experience and the ability to lift up to 40 lbs are preferred; bilingual skills are a plus in a diverse team.

• Bilingual is a plus.
• Able to lift up to 40lbs.

Responsibilities

• Operates a stationary batching system that weighs out concrete materials.
• Operates mobile equipment to move material from storage to weighing hoppers.
• Operates a batching system to mix and pour concrete into molds.
• Operate all equipment necessary to support production operations.
• Maintain equipment and machines including basic preventative maintenance.
• Responsible for quality control and assurance.
