Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (or international equivalent) with 5-8 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years field experience on heavy civil or industrial construction.
• Knowledge of ready-mix batching operations, mix designs, and plant conditions.
• Ability to coordinate multiple crews under schedule pressure, including night shifts.

Responsibilities

• Placement Scheduling and Delivery Coordination: maintain forecast and reconcile with batch plant capacity.
• Plant Interface and Subcontract Support: act as field liaison with plant management and subcontractors.
• Quality and Technical Support: ensure mix designs match approved plans and support QC.
• Environmental, Safety and Health: enforce site safety and environmental plans.
• Reporting and Records: track volumes, plant availability and generate daily/weekly reports.
