Job summary

Legend Senior Living is seeking a Temporary Concierge to join the administrative team at the front desk, helping residents and guests with information, tours, and relaying messages to the appropriate department.

You will conduct resident tours, assist with parking/valet, coordinate transport needs, and keep the lobby areas tidy while delivering exceptional service to residents and visitors.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills.
• Previous experience in a similar role is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as frontline ambassador to residents and guests with high-level customer service.
• Receive initial concerns and direct to appropriate department for follow-up.
• Provide information about local attractions, events, and transportation.
• Coordinate resident parking and valet needs; assist with loading/unloading.
• Conduct tours and ensure model rooms are ready for viewing.
• Keep front desk and common areas clean and stocked.

Temporary Concierge

Position will be temporarilty available (approximately 6 weeks)

We are looking for outstanding individuals to join the administrative team as a Concierge. You will make a difference by courteously assisting residents and guests at the front desk. This includes providing information about local attractions, conducting community tours and relaying messages to the appropriate department.

Responsibilities

• Serves as the frontline ambassador to all residents and guests providing the highest level of customer service, especially as it relates to new residents
• Receives initial customer and resident concerns and directs them to the appropriate department for follow-up
• Maintains a strong knowledge of the local community and provides residents and guests with information regarding festivals, events, attractions, restaurants, tours and transportation schedules in the surrounding area
• Coordinates resident parking and valet needs, and assists with loading/unloaded as needed
• Conducts tours and ensure that model rooms are ready and available for viewing
• Ensures that front desk and other common areas are clean and stocked
