Hours are 4 days per week, 28 hours, with a mix of daytime and occasional evening shifts. The position offers benefits and real‑time access to earned wages, with starting pay between $15.00 and $18.00 per hour depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in a customer-facing position preferred.
• Long‑term care or health experience preferred.
• Maintain confidentiality of assignments and work well under deadlines.
• Exhibit flexibility in work schedules and multitask for several individuals.
• Strong interpersonal skills to interact with visitors, residents, and team members.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office 365 and operation of multi-line telephones.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and answer questions, referring inquiries to the appropriate person or department.
• Receive and relay telephone messages and route callers to the correct location.
• Ensure visitors and residents are promptly served with a courteous, professional demeanor.
