Responsibilities include responding to incidents, coordinating with emergency teams, and documenting reports. Candidates must be authorized to work in the U.S., have a high school diploma or GED, and hold a FL class D license.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S. (employment eligibility).
• High School Diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Able to pass extensive background screening.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills required.
• Security, military or law enforcement experience a plus.
• FL class D license is required.
• Driving post, 21+ with valid license and clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet visitors and verify identity; guide visitors.
• Control access and monitor entrances.
• Conduct regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report issues.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and raise security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
