GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. You will engage with visitors, verify identities, and manage access while maintaining a visible security presence and ensuring safety.

Responsibilities include patrolling, incident reporting, and coordinating with emergency teams. The role requires 3+ years in security, a valid MD Guard Card, CPR/First Aid, and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED or equivalent
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone & computer skills
• 3+ years security, military, or law enforcement experience
• MD Guard Card
• 21+ years of age or older as required by law
• CPR/First Aid Certification
• Must complete a 40 hour basic training course
• Valid Driver's License for Vehicle Patrol

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property
