Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Strong customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer use.
• Florida Class D license required; prior security/military/law enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet and assist visitors; verify identity and guide them appropriately.
• Control access points and monitor security for the site.
• Conduct regular patrols and identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams as needed.
• Document incidents and communicate security concerns clearly.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedules:

PART TIME: Saturday - Sunday 7:00AM - 7:00PM

Responsibilities Of a Concierge Security Guard

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications For Concierge Security Guard

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• Must have Florida Class D license
