GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Durham, NC. The role emphasizes customer service as you engage with visitors, verify identity, and manage access in office towers, hotels, and malls.

Schedule is full-time, 1st shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. Offering an hourly wage of $22.50, benefits, uniform, and career growth opportunities. Background checks and drug screening are required after an offer.

Qualifications

• Must have an active PPSB license.
• CPR certification is required.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills are essential.
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills.
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• Supervisor experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors as part of customer service duties.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.
