GardaWorld Security Services U.S. in Decatur, IL is hiring a Concierge Security Ambassador. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer service, welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding guests across offices, hotels, and shopping centers.

You will handle access control, patrols, incident reporting, and coordination with emergency teams while maintaining a safe environment. A HS diploma or GED is required, along with U.S. work authorization.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Able to pass an extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
• Must be able to operate a motor vehicle

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams

As a Security Ambassador – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

What’s in it for you

• Site Location: Decatur, IL
• Set schedule: We have 6shifts available
• Full-time, rotating 3rd shift 6p.m. to 6a.m. and Sunday 6a.m. to 6p.m.
• Full-time, rotating 3rd shift 6p.m. to 6a.m. and Sunday 6a.m. to 6p.m.
• Full-time, Thursday - Monday 2nd shift 3p.m. to 11p.m.
• Full-time, Saturday through Wednesday 3rd shift 11p.m. to 7a.m.
• Part/time, Thursday - Friday 3rd shift 11p.m. to 7a.m. andSunday 1st shift 7a.m. to 3p.m
• Part-time, Tuesday through Wednesday 2nd shift 3p.m. to 11p.m. and Saturday 1st shift 7a.m. to 3p.m.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Ambassador

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required
• You must be able to operate a motor vehicle
