GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Ambassador in Des Peres, MO. The role emphasizes customer service as you greet visitors, verify identities, and guide people through access control.

You will patrol, inspect equipment, respond to incidents, and coordinate with emergency teams while ensuring safety of persons and property. Expect a full-time schedule in a concierge setting with uniform provided and room for growth.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Must pass an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.
• State license if required.
• Ability to operate a motor vehicle.
• 1 year of security experience.
• 1 year of supervisory experience.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.

As a Security Ambassador - Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Full-time, Tuesday through Saturday 1st shift 11a.m. to 7p.m.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Ambassador

• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience - even better!
• You have a state license if required
• You are able to operate motor vehicle
• You must have 1year of security experience
• You must have 1 year or Supervisor experience
