Responsibilities

• Greet and screen visitors, employees, and vendors in a professional, friendly manner.
• Monitor and operate multiple security systems (access control, visitor management, alarm systems).
• Issue visitor badges and maintain accurate sign-in/sign-out logs.
• Respond to inquiries and direct visitors appropriately.
• Monitor entrances/exits and report any suspicious activity or security concerns.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and professional front desk area.
• Follow all security protocols and emergency procedures.
• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

We'relooking for a reliable, customer-focused Reception Security Officer to serve as the first point of contact at our front desk. This role combines security responsibilities with front-facing customer service —you'llbe the face of our facility, ensuring a safe, welcoming environment for visitors, employees, and guests.

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard

• Strong customer service skills with a professional, approachable demeanor
• Ability to learn andoperatemultiple security systems and software platforms
• Reliable and punctual with excellent attendance
• Strong communicationskills, both written and verbal
• Ability to remain calm and professional in high-pressure situations
• Prior security or front desk experience preferred, but notrequired
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
