GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Reserve, LA. You will greet visitors, verify identities, and guide guests across environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers with a strong emphasis on customer service.

Qualifications

• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of an extensive screening process.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Basic phone and computer skills required.
• Prior security, military, or law enforcement experience is a plus.
• A state license may be required in your state.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Conduct regular patrols and identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency services.
• Document incidents and security concerns.
• Ensure safety of people and property.
