Ready to serve as a Security Guard in a Concierge role?

In this position, your ability to engage with others and build meaningful connections is key. Share how your natural interpersonal skills can reassure and inspire confidence.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, you will focus heavily on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, across all shifts.

• Set schedule: Part-time, Saturday through Sunday, 3rd shift, 6 p.m. to 6 a.m.

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard:

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding guests
• Managing access control
• Conducting patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency services
• Answering questions in person and over the phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications for Concierge Security Guard:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
