GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in Miami, FL. This role emphasizes strong customer service, greeting visitors, verifying identity, and guiding guests in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Full-time, 7am–3pm, first shift.

You will protect people and property by performing access control, patrols, incident reporting, and coordinating with emergency teams. Must have HS diploma, Florida Class D license, be 21+, and legally able to work in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the United States.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation required.
• Florida Class D license is mandatory for this post.
• 21+ years old with valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors, verify identity, and guide guests.
• Manage access control and conduct patrols.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone and write incident reports.
• Ensure safety and protection of individuals and property.
