Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Hemet, CA. This role emphasizes strong customer service as you welcome visitors, verify identities, and guide people through entrances while maintaining a secure environment.

You will perform access control, patrols, and incident reporting across office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, with opportunities for career growth. Uniform is provided and the shift is Monday–Friday, 8:30am–5:30pm, 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32hr security trainings

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and verify identity
• Manage access control
• Perform regular patrols and identify risks
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety of people and property
