GardaWorld is seeking a Concierge Security Officer to provide exceptional customer service, manage access, and patrol facilities in Northgate, WA. The role emphasizes welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding guests across shifts in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The position offers a competitive wage of $21.50 per hour, full-time schedules, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with employer matching. Uniforms are provided.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.
• Security, Military or Law Enforcement experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Welcome, verify identity, and guide visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property.
