Job Description

As a Concierge Security Officer, your role focuses on building meaningful connections and providing excellent customer service in environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers. Your responsibilities include welcoming visitors, managing access control, patrolling, inspecting equipment, responding to incidents, and ensuring safety.

• Site Location: San Francisco, California
• Set schedule: 40 hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM
• Hourly wage of $26.00 (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties including greeting and guiding visitors
• Manage access control and perform patrols
• Inspect equipment and report issues
• Respond to incidents and provide first aid
• Answer questions and write incident reports
• Ensure safety of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• 2 years security experience in a corporate setting
• 1 year receptionist/lobby experience
• Pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience (preferred)
• State security license (BSIS Guard Card) and 32 hrs. security training (additional training during hiring)
