We are looking for an Experienced Security Officer with excellent Customer Service skills, a great team player capable of delivering the ultimate customer experience. The successful candidate will join our team and work at one of our facilities.

Specific Duties include:

• Monitoring, controlling, patrolling, and securing physical access to facilities.
• Identifying and neutralizing potential threats.
• Apprehending and detaining violators before police arrival.
• Serving as mediator in conflicts and resolutions.
• Aspiring to be a leader in the field.
• Performing foot patrols of the property.
• Knowledge of CCTV systems.
• Managing authorized materials entry and exit.
• Reporting irregular conditions.
• Enforcing rules and regulations.
• Maintaining good relationships with law enforcement.
• Assisting during special events.
• Communicating effectively with team members and management.
• Conducting investigatory interviews and preparing reports.
• Reporting incidents, accidents, or emergencies.
• Responding to emergencies following protocols.

Requirements:

• Valid California Security Guard Card.
• At least 2 years of security experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Legal right to work in the U.S.
• Willingness to travel.
• Fluency in English (speaking and writing).
• High school diploma or higher.
• Good physical condition.
• Law enforcement or military experience is a plus.
• Long-term commitment to the company.
• Ability to work independently and in team settings.
• Excellent references.
• Ability to interact with diverse groups.
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, Outlook).
