Job summary

GardaWorld Security Services is hiring a Concierge Security Officer in St. Petersburg, FL. This role focuses on customer service, greeting visitors, verifying identities, and guiding guests across shifts in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

The position is part-time with set schedule Fri–Sat 6PM–2:30AM and Thu–Sun 6PM–1AM. Eligible candidates must have a high school diploma or GED, be authorized to work in the U.S., pass screening, and hold a Florida Class D license.

Qualifications

• Be able to provide authorization to work in the U.S.
• Possess excellent customer service skills.
• Proficient in using basic phone and computer tools.
• Ability to stand or walk for the full shift.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist visitors, verify identity, and guide guests.
• Control access points and perform regular patrols.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Write incident reports and communicate concerns.
• Ensure safety of people and property.
