GardaWorld is hiring a Concierge Security Officer for the St. Louis, MO area. The role focuses on customer service, access control, and friendly but vigilant security presence in offices, hotels, and retail environments.

The position offers a set weekend schedule (Saturday–Sunday, 2pm–10pm) on a part-time basis, with a competitive hourly wage of 19.44 USD. GardaWorld provides uniform, benefits, and opportunities for career growth. A background check and drug screening are required after an offer.

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age.
• Must be able to obtain a TWIC card.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills
• If you have Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience – even better!
• You have a state license if required

Responsibilities

• Welcoming visitors and verifying identity.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents and coordinate with emergency teams
• Answer questions in person or by phone
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns
• Ensure safety and protection of people and property
