GardaWorld Security Services is now hiring a Concierge Security Officer.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, your primary focus is on customer service, working with people across various environments such as office towers, hotels, and shopping centers, on all shifts.

• Site Location: Springdale, PA
• Set schedule: Friday, Saturday, Monday-Wednesday, 9 am - 5 pm or 4 pm - 12 am

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard:

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding guests
• Managing access control
• Performing patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency teams
• Answering questions in person or by phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring safety and protection of individuals and property

Qualifications:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED documentation
• Ability to pass extensive screening
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
