Job Overview

As a Security Officer – Concierge, your role is centered around customer service, engaging with visitors and ensuring their safety in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc. Your ability to build meaningful connections and reassure others is vital.

• Part-time, overnight shift: Fridays, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM (12 hours/week)
• Hourly wage: $18.00 (DailyPay available)

Responsibilities

1. Providing excellent customer service, welcoming visitors, verifying identities, guiding visitors
2. Managing access control
3. Conducting patrols and inspecting security equipment
4. Responding to incidents, providing first aid, coordinating with emergency teams
5. Answering questions in person or via phone
6. Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
7. Ensuring safety of individuals and property

Qualifications

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or GED
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Proficient in basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, Law Enforcement experience is a plus
• State license if required
