Job summary

Valcor Security is hiring a Concierge Security Officer to manage front desk operations at a luxury residential property in Los Angeles.

You will greet residents and visitors, screen access per building rules, log deliveries, and coordinate with property management. A California BSIS Guard Card and at least 1 year of concierge or hospitality experience are required. Uniform is a complete black suit; punctual, professional appearance and English proficiency are essential.

• Professional appearance and punctuality are essential.
• Excellent English communication.

Responsibilities

• Greet residents, guests and vendors, and run the front desk.
• Screen visitors and control access by the property's rules.
• Log packages, deliveries and visitors in the building systems.
• Coordinate with property management with discretion.
• Observe and report security, safety and maintenance concerns.
• Write clear shift logs and incident reports in our Belfry app.

Valcor Security is a veteran-owned security and concierge company serving luxury residential towers across Los Angeles. We are hiring a Concierge Security Officer for the front desk of a high-end property: five-star service with a security officer's eye.

Pay:$19.00 to $20.00 per hour, depending on property
Schedule:Listed on this posting; confirmed at interview
Employment:W-2, paid sick leave, overtime paid when worked
Uniform:A complete black suit in professional condition

What you will do

• Greet residents, guests and vendors, and run the front desk

What you need

• Active California BSIS Guard Card

• A complete black suit in professional condition
• Polished appearance, calm under pressure, excellent English
• Reliable transportation and on-time attendance

Preferred

• Experience with BuildingLink or similar building software
