GardaWorld Security Services is seeking a Concierge Security Officer in Kirkland, Washington. You will deliver exceptional customer service while validating identities, guiding visitors, and controlling access in office towers, hotels, and shopping centers.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid state driver’s license.
• Must have a clean motor vehicle report.
• Must be at least 21 years of age or older.
• Be authorized to work in the U.S.
• Be able to provide documentation of High School Diploma or GED.
• Be able to ace (and pass) an extensive screening process.
• Exceptional customer service skills.
• Proficient in basic phone & computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Customer service duties like welcoming, verifying identity, and guiding visitors.
• Manage access control.
• Perform regular patrols to identify potential risks.
• Inspect security equipment and report any maintenance needs.
• Respond to incidents, provide first aid, and coordinate with emergency teams.
• Answer questions in person or by phone.
• Write incident reports and communicate security concerns.
• Ensure the safety and protection of individuals and property.

As a Security Officer – Concierge, there is a high focus on customer service since you will be working with people on all shifts, in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Site Location: Kirkland, Washington
• Schedule 1: Monday 4pm-12am & Tuesday-Thursday 2pm-10pm (32 hours a week / full time)
• Schedule 2: Tuesday-Saturday 8am-4pm (40 hours a week / full time)
• Schedule 3: Friday-Monday 2pm-10pm (32 hours a week / full time)
• Schedule 4 : Tuesday-Saturday 4pm-12am (40 hours a week / full time)
