Are you ready to serve as a Security Guard in a Concierge role in Columbia, PA?

As a Security Officer – Concierge, you'll focus heavily on customer service, working with people across various shifts in environments such as office towers, hotels, shopping centers, etc.

• Set schedule: Full Time 11:00pm-7:00am Friday-Monday or Part Time 3:00pm-11:00pm, Friday-Sunday

Responsibilities of a Concierge Security Guard:

• Welcoming visitors, verifying identities, and guiding guests
• Managing access control
• Performing regular patrols to identify risks
• Inspecting security equipment and reporting maintenance needs
• Responding to incidents, providing first aid, and coordinating with emergency services
• Answering questions in person or via phone
• Writing incident reports and communicating security concerns
• Ensuring safety and protection of individuals and property, including de-escalation techniques

Qualifications for a Concierge Security Guard:

• Authorized to work in the U.S.
• Valid Driver's License
• Ability to pass an extensive screening process
• Exceptional customer service skills
• Basic phone and computer skills
• Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience is a plus!
